Our stay at Kavos Hotel & Suites was amazing! We stayed in a suite with a private pool that offered a fabulous view—definitely a highlight of the trip. The housekeeping staff was wonderful—always friendly and did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning, which was delicious and had plenty of variety. The time we spent in the ocean was unforgettable, with crystal-clear waters that made it feel like we were snorkelling in an aquarium.

The hotel went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of local wine, honey, and snacks, which made us feel truly welcomed. Another bonus was the car rental included with our room, which made exploring the area easy, and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. Our driver also gave us great local recommendations, which we really appreciated.

I had an amazing stay at Kavos Hotel in Crete! The rooms, especially the suites, are very nice, modern, and well-designed. Everything is clean and well-kept. The staff is super friendly and really cares about the guests. The hotel is beautifully located, and we loved the private pier to the sea, which looks stunning when lit up at night. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel—so tasty and with lots of choices. The airport pick-up service was also very convenient and made our arrival stress-free. We’ve stayed here four times already, and it definitely won’t be our last!

It was such amazing experience and stay. We loved the hotel. The location is exceptional with the most beautiful view, especially during sunset time. Everything was perfect, great service. Employees are really taking care about every single detail of your stay. We were planning to see some of the beaches, go on a excursion but when we loved hotel so much that most of the stay we were chilling at the pool. We are looking forward to come back and stay here in future and totally recommend to stay here!

What can I say other than that we loved our stay at the hotel. We were staying in Chania, and my boyfriend wanted to find a restaurant on the beach, isolated from the big city. So we came for lunch, which turned into an afternoon of pure relaxation, with a meal with a value for money rarely seen (the special burger was just incredible, I think the best ever eaten). Panayotis welcomed us very warmly, and made our experience even more beautiful; our server Marcos was very attentive too. Following this experience, we came back the next evening, and had an incredible evening, and I’m not exaggerating. The dishes were delicious, and Panayotis was there again to listen to our requests. We decided to come back to the barbecue on Tuesday evening, and having fallen in love with the hotel, we decide to rent a Junior Suite on Tuesday evening, while we were already staying in another hotel. But ending our stay there was a great desire. Despina was very kind, and prepared our arrival as best as possible. The room was amazing. I have rarely stayed in a hotel where the food and the room were both perfect. Small negative point concerning the barbecue, which we found less good than the rest (cooking of certain meats, too dry). But overall, I 100% recommend this hotel. A big thank you to Panayotis and his warmth. He is an asset to this hotel.
